Visiting

The site is hosted by Host at launch (text below is written for Vercel) Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, the host’s servers process your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep attacks out.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my interest in a site that works and is safe. The host works for me under a data processing agreement and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Log data is deleted after log retention of the host.

Writing to me

If you write or call, I use your name, your contact details and what you tell me to answer you and, if we work together, to plan and invoice the job. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for bookings and enquiries about them, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

My email is run by Email provider and country. I keep messages as long as the enquiry needs, and booking and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.

Instagram

The Instagram lines are plain links. Nothing is sent to Instagram while you are on this site. If you follow a link, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. applies there.

Cookies, fonts

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts and pictures come from this site itself, not from another server.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have its use restricted, receive it in a common format, and object to its use (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to info@lorenadimuzio.com.

You do not have to give me any data; without contact details I cannot answer you. Nothing here is decided automatically.

Complaints
